London
Downs continues
to fine-tune its offerings
for your golfing enjoyment
London
Downs adds The Groomer for
smooth, fast putting surfaces
Going
the extra mile for its players, LDGC recently added
a Groomer cassette to its greens cutting equipment
to thin out and refine coarser grasses, particuarly
Poa Annua.
Groomer
cassettes have especially thin blades with offset tungsten
tips that cut just below the surface and enourages fine
textured turf. Although it is virtually unnoticeable
that this operation has been done, the difference in
green speed can be dramatic.
